ABFs connect faith with fellowship and allow us to become known on a personal level. ABFs are also known as journey groups as many times, members of these groups are in the same stage of life (young children, empty nest, etc.) and find it easier to journey with others in the same life stage. We are meant to do life together, and joining an ABF allows us to do that while also growing our faith.
