Student Ministries

What to Expect

Growth

At Calvary, our desire is to have growth in our youth. Not only in numbers, but more importantly, in their own spiritual journeys because numbers do not matter if lives are not being touched and transformed.

Community

In order to grow, there has to be a community. Calvary's youth cultivates a community where every student that walks through our doors is welcomed and has an opportunity to be involved in growing God's Kingdom.

Discipleship

As there is growth and community inside our youth, there is discipleship. The youth that attend Calvary is the future of Calvary. That being said, our youth have an amazing team of leaders that use God's Word "for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness so that the men and women of God may be complete, equipped for every good work" 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

IGnite (6th-8th Grade)

Ignite is where the students start to develop those deep friendships and really get "on fire" for God and his mission at Calvary. Ignite students meet every Wednesday evening.

Dash (9th-12Th Grade)

Dash is our Sr. High student ministry. Why Dash? Dash is the time between the day you were born and the day you die. How will God use you during your "Dash"?

In Dash, we deepen friendships and introduce the students to journey groups. Each student will be plugged into a journey group. Journey groups are a better version of small groups because students will journey together throughout their four years of high school. The purpose of journey groups is for students to challenge each other in their growth for Christ and to lift each other up in hard times.

Dash students meet every Sunday afternoon.
